K&E

CERTIFICATE OF ACHIEVEMENT 

Students registered in the K&E program will graduate with a Certificate of Achievement, which requires 80 credits.

Courses

  • Help students become successful, independent learners
  • Provide the best academic and practical opportunities available for students to reach their maximum potential to become contributing members of society
  • Are available to students in grades 10 through 12 who meet the specific criteria. The courses are intended to provide students with opportunities to experience success and become well prepared for employment, further studies, active citizenship and lifelong learning.

Registration in Knowledge and Employability courses requires the informed consent of a parent/guardian and the student. Informed consent means that parents/guardians and students are fully aware that Knowledge and Employability courses have different outcomes that are focused on and a greater emphasis on occupational exploration and preparation.
