Graduating Class of 2025

The culmination of twelve years of education is a special time in the lives of students, parents, and staff.  We recognize this is an important passage and an occasion to be marked with two events. Direct Inquiries can be made to falcongrad@gm.fsd38.ab.ca

 

Overview

The first event is our Foothills Composite High School 2025 Graduating Ceremony. This event celebrates the academic achievement of students and the completion of twelve years of schooling. This ceremony and celebration is part of the grad fee.

The second event is a formal Banquet & Dance held at the BMO centre for students, their guests, and/or family members. Some students choose to organize with friends. Other students organize and invite family. 

The cost per Banquet Ticket is approximately $115 GST included. Price to be confirmed. 

 

EFCHS/AHSFA Ceremony

Date: Friday May 23, 2025

Location: Vikings Rental Centre

204 Community Way, Okotoks AB

Time: Rush seating at 5:00pm

Ceremony 5:30pm

**Each graduate will receive 4 tickets for the ceremony, the Graduate does NOT need a ticket**

 

Dinner & Dance @ BMO

Date: Saturday May 24, 2025

Location: BMO Centre, Stampede Grounds, Calgary

Times: (To be confirmed)

Doors: 5:30

Grand March: 6:00pm

Dinner: 6:30pm

Dance to follow

Parking onsite for $18/vehicle

**Each student has the opportunity to purchase 6 tickets, the graduate NEEDS a ticket**

  • February 28th- Yearbook Submissions due today
  • March 20th  AT 8 am - Dinner & Dance tickets on sale
  • April 11th- Dinner & Dance Ticket sales END 11:59 pm
  • April 30th- Last day to buy Grocery Cards
  • May 5-9- Fundraising credits applied to accounts
  • May 8th- Grad Rehearsal Breakfast, A and B Blocks, Ceremony Tickets given to students
  • May 14th- Extra tickets given out.  Details to follow
  • May 23rd- Grad Ceremony
  • May 24th- Dinner & Dance

Step 1 - Select your Session Type - Cap and Gown Grade 12 (30 minutes).

Step 2 - Select your Date. Open dates on calendar are indicated by blue date links.
Step 3 - Select your Time.
Step 4 - Complete the Registration Form.
Step 5 - Confirm your Appointment.

 A confirmation email will be sent upon completion of booking. Please note that our Calgary Studio is located at #30, 5329 72 Avenue S.E.

It’s time to start fundraising for Grad 2025!  

Grocery Cards Fundraiser  

Grocery Card Order Form

To order:

  • Email your order to falcongrad@gm.fsd38.ab.ca
  • Please include Graduate’s name, type of Grocery Store, denominations and number of cards needed.
  • Use of the order form is for your convenience and is not needed to place an order via email.
  • You will receive an email when cards are ready for pick up at the main office. (*should be ready the next school day*)
  • Digital cards are for Superstore/No Frills only and will be emailed to you. You will then need to click on a link and download your card.  
    • Print it out or download onto your phone, then present at cashier for redemption. It till be scanned at the till.

Notes on this fundraising:

  • An additional 5% of all orders is credited to the graduate. This means that you can apply this fundraising amount to either the grad fee ($120.00) or your dinner tickets (approx. $105.00 each)
  • For example - $1000.00 purchased in cards will give you a credit for $50.00.
  • The fundraiser will end March 30, 2025
  • If you are putting these funds towards the grad fee – DO NOT PAY THIS FEE IN EDSEMBLI UNTIL MARCH. On your first order, you will be asked, are you fundraising towards your grad fee or dinner tickets or both.
  • Credit from this fundraiser will be transferred to Edsembli at the end of December and at the end of March. Credit for dinner ticket will not occur until April and info on this process will be sent out at a later date.
  • Cards are usually available the next business day for pick up. All payments must be made at the main office.
  • WE CANNOT REFUND EXCESS FUNDS. These funds can be assigned to another graduate or donated to our Grads in Need Fund.
