School Council and FOWSS Meeting
A large part of reconnecting with our parents is through goal-setting and planning conversations with staff and stakeholders. Westmount School Council is open to all parents and we will be hosting our first meeting on Wednesday September 22nd at 6:30pm. We would invite all parents to attend as this is a great opportunity to learn more about our school and have direct involvement in the school decision making process.
Our school fundraising society, FOWSS (Friends of Okotoks Westmount School Society), has the first meeting of the year scheduled for Wednesday Sept 29th at 6:30pm. FOWSS funds many of the great learning experiences that your students take part in which limits additional costs for families. We operate one fundraiser per year along with a casino every third year so the time commitment for members is minimal.
New members are needed for both of these groups so please consider attending one or both of these meetings using the link below.
