Teen Mental Health
Teen Mental Health is a course in which all CC students participate every Wednesday for 30 minutes, run by our Family School Liason Councilor. The course covers a variety of topics that are helpful and relevant to students, which ensures a positive and safe school environment. The course assists in promoting social and emotional competency and builds resilience, this reinforces positive behaviours and decision-making. The tools that CC students pick up from the Teen Mental Health course encourage students to plan ahead and reflect on healthier coping skills that can be carried with them throughout a lifetime.
