 Course Selection Form

  • Students will receive this selection form next week following a special junior high options assembly. 
  • During the assembly, our teachers will deliver fun "elevator pitches" highlighting each option course to help students make informed and exciting choices for the upcoming school year.
  • ** Please hold off sending this in before the student’s info assembly. 
  • ** Please note that completed Course Selection Forms are due no later than Thursday, June 18th.
