Our First Annual Report is a brief summary of what the Friends of Foothills Schools Foundation (FFSF) has accomplished in our ten months of active operations. The FFSF Board and staff are small in numbers but mighty in enthusiasm and effort. We are grateful that our public schools provide excellence in teaching and learning that allows students to be inspired and achieve. Our role is twofold: we are here to support students but of equal importance, is our role in educating and advocating within our communities regarding the value of investing in our children. We will continue to fundraise to ensure that students have opportunities, materials, and tools to reach their full potential and prosper.
We appreciate the ongoing support of the Foothills Schools Division, Board of Trustees, teachers, and staff and look forward to continuing to strengthen this partnership for the benefit of our students. We are indebted to the many individuals, staff, businesses, service clubs, and other organizations that are working with us to ensure that all FSD students have access to resources they need to thrive, learn, and achieve.
