Grade 6-9 Band Concert

Our band concert is scheduled for June 5th at 6:00 PM, and we are thrilled to welcome you to an evening of wonderful performances! To make the experience even more enjoyable, three food trucks will be available starting at 5:30 PM in the parking lot. Please leave the loop open for these trucks when you arrive, parking in the centre of the parking lot or along the side fence. We hope you enjoy the atmosphere, and order a treat if you wish. It’s a great opportunity to relax and enjoy some delicious refreshments before the concert begins!

Weather permitting, the concert will take place outside on the tarmac. We ask that you please bring a fold up chair or blanket in order for your family to relax and enjoy the concert in this outdoor forum.  If the weather does not permit, we will move indoors, please feel free to bring your chairs/blankets in if this is the case. As of now, the forecast predicts 21°C with a 10% chance of rain, so we remain hopeful for an outdoor performance.

Grades 6–9 band students will need to arrive no later than 5:30 PM to help set up instruments, chairs, and music stands before the concert begins. Please send your child to the band room upon arrival as you set up your space and enjoy the food trucks. We look forward to celebrating this special evening with you!
