Please login to your Edsembli Portal at:  https://sis.edsembli.com/WebAdmin/AB/FSD/UI/Account/SignIn 

and access the Verification Form under the Student Forms Section - Verification Form - Current Student Only  

Please update / make any changes that are required for the school year for your child(ren) and submit 

** Verification Forms need to be completed EACH school year for your child.
